  There's been one review of this business in the past four years. Seems a bit suspicious that 28 of 29 five star reviews were all done at the exact same time. And only one review in the past 48 months. With that said, here's our honest assessment.... I would have given Rinaldi 5 stars if it didn't feel like a braces factory inside of there. With four children, sometimes you need to reschedule an appt. The staff is as flexible as a steel pipe when it comes to rescheduling. They're all well-versed in saying 'No' to changing your appt. If you do make a scheduling change, be prepared to wait well past your time and be reminded the fault all lies with you. We get it......you're busy - you're successful - you're awesome. We went to another orthodontist for our second child - Dr Shelley Tretter in Mason - and the experience was night and day. The staff is trained in excellent customer service and doesn't make you feel guilty when life happens and you need to reschedule an appt. There's been many times we pop in last minute for a bracket repair, or need to make a time change - and we're in and out. No guilt trip for not having an appt. Braces are a commodity, any orthodontist can provide them. It's the customer care that differentiates a factory-like, "Give me your $7k and move along" experience - from a caring atmosphere. Nothing personal, just an honest review.
